I did. The service was ok but I switched to Comcast a few months ago and used SunRocket just to forward my calls.

If you had an annual contract, call your credit card company and see if they'll refund you the money. Tell them that SunRocket broke their contractual obligations and you deserve a refund.

I did, and I thought they were great up till the end.

Their prices were pretty good, and I saved over two-thirds of what Verizon used to charge me.

Their customer service was fantastic. I was never on hold for more than a couple minutes. They were very thorough and always followed-up with an e-mail.

Unlike Verizon, my phone calls were crisp and clear on SunRocket.

The one thing that I hated was how they closed their doors. No warning at all, and there's now over 200,000 SunRocket customers scrambling for new phone service. Leave that exit to Linda Cook, former SunRocket CEO who came from AOL. She should have never been hired in the first place, and SunRocket would still be in business if it wasn't for her.

Still am, until my Vonage adapter gets here. I do not know if the service will last that long or not.
