How old does a girl have to be before she can be considered hot?

Well, how old are you? If you were only 18 it would be ok, but no parent is going to appreciate some guy calling her daughter a "hottie" because that just means you probably would want to sleep with her if possible....although you could have said something a little more respectful, like "wow, she's beautiful". In your defense, they're putting something in that cafeteria food cuz girls are looking alot older than when i was in high school. Unless the family's Italian, and in that case you shouldn't even acknowledge that she's a member of the opposite sex.

haha im 14 and the guys at my school rate girls as hotties and have been since 6th grade so i think she must associate hotness with something but shes also prolly protective cause it is her daughter and prolly has that whole denial of growing up thing, but 16 is fine as long as ur not telling the motherr

It's ok for you to think she's hott, just don't ever say that a minor's hott out loud, keep it to yourself or your friends. 18 is the LEGAL age you can comment like that. And, that was the bartender's daughter...i'm pretty sure they don't want older men saying their daughter is hot. You could've just said she's gorgeous or beautiful. that's more appropriate. Because to parents, HOT, is considered almost like sexy...

A 16 year old boy can call a 16 year old girl hot. Otherwise, it could be considered creepy. I guess the legal age would be 18.

she might have been offended by the fact that u thought of her that way. coz when a guy says "wow she's hot" the next thing we know is that sex is going on in his mind. its like u were focussed on her boobs or something when u made that comment

frankly i just think saying a girl is a hottie has a bad connotation like wow shes hot i would do her in an instant or shes sexy as hell...............um what happened to just saying shes really pretty or shes beautiful or shes gorgeous?

you know who cares if she got mad . she shouldn't show her daughter's pic to males then if she doesn't like the comments she gets toward her daughter........ she should be proud of her daughter, not get mad about it. maybe she's jealous because her daughter is better looking than she is who knows really. dont worry about it. it's ok.
