I have a Verizon broadband card which does not have access to newsgroups. Is there some way to access newsgroups through the web?

I'd always heard you weren't supposed to do this, but I tried it last night and it worked great.

And my cat really loved it!

But, is there any way to keep the fur from sticking to your tongue?

I have a Dell Inspiron 1501 that's about 6 months old. All of a sudden neither the internal speaker nor the headphone jack has any volume.

It was working fine earlier today then it just stopped. I already made sure it wasn't muted using the fn End key.

I also checked the Volume control on the Task bar. Any ideas as to what's up? Thanks.

In my opinion, a hottie is a hottie regardless of age.

I have a twenty year old 12 acre watershed that is silted in pretty bad. If the water level drops a foot, the shoreline moves about 50'. I have tried planting cattails and Reed's canary grass, but due to water level fluctuations they either die of dehydration or flood before they can get established.
