Is there a way to access news servers through a web server?

I have a Verizon broadband card which does not have access to newsgroups. Is there some way to access newsgroups through the web?

    There is a great site for newsgroups that I belong to for the last 3 years. The cost is $9.95 a month. Check it out. This site is great for downloading all your favorites!!!
