i have sugar gliders and they're somewhat the same. take a tissue or a small piece of cloth and rub it on your skin to get your scent on it and put it in their pouch. oh, and bonding pouches are good. Don't pull back when they bite unless you absolutely have to. Chewing on nuts is just fine. It keeps ther teeth healthy.
