I would do the same thing as an above poster.
Melt the chocolate, you could use milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or white chocolate. That is one of my favorite snacks is white chocolate over pretzels, mmmm :)

Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler (or in a bowl on top of a pot of boiling water, if you don't have a double boiler). Dip the pretzels in the chocolate using a fork, then transfer to a sheet of wax paper to harden. (If you don't heat them over boiling water, the chocolate can burn. Water won't reach anything higher than 212 degrees F.)
I also know a great recipe for pecan turtles. Place mini pretzels on a baking sheet covered in foil. Top each one with a Rolo candy, then a cashew. Bake at 350 until the chocolate melts, about 7 minutes. Cool until they harden. So yummy!

You can use any chocolate chip you have. Melt on stove top with very low heat. Slowly is the trick and take off heat as soon as melted. Or in microwave again slow and stirring at often intervals.
Stir in pretzels, nuts, marshmallows... whatever you want.
Lay them out on wax paper or cookie sheet to cool.
You can also try peanut butter chips or white chocolate...Easy and Good

buy alomond bark chocolate bars in the baking section of grocery store. If you have a double boiler use it. if not, get a pot of water boiling and place a pot on top of it. One that is not small enough to fall in. Place your chocolate in the top pot and the boiling water melts it with out burning it. Melts faster if you break chocolate into peices. Once all melted throw some pretzels in and pull them out woth fork. Let chocolate run off and set on wax paper to dry. Repeat until chocolate is gone.

Or, in case you have something that would shake it for you (like an choppy washer)
