A 14 year old girl should NOT weigh less than 100 pounds unless they are under height. Many girls believe that the less you weigh the better looking you are. That statement is false. Anywhere from 100-190lbs is acceptable.

Your weight is NOT - I repeat, NOT - determined by your age. A lot of factors go into how much you are "Supposed to weigh." For instance, how tall you are factors into how much you "should" weigh, as well as your body type (i.e. are you more muscular? *muscle is proven to weight more than fat). Don't get caught up at 14 thinking that the 14 year old girl down the street who weighs like 100 pounds would be YOUR IDEAL WEIGHT.
Just have common sense: exercise, eat healthy and you'll be at YOUR ideal weight. I emphasize the word YOUR!!!

It depends on your height, as well as the amount of muscle vs. fat on your body. Usually, a healthy weight for your height would be, assuming you are over 5' or taller, would be starting at 100 lbs. at 5' and then adding 5 lbs for every inch (5'1=105 lbs., 5'2=110, etc.) and then plus or minus around 5-10 lbs. in both directions. From my personal experience, I am currently 14 years old as well, 5'2'' tall, and weight around 113 lbs. because I have a lot of muscle from gymnastics...but that's just me. But always remember that every girl is different and if you are really concerned about it then speak to your doctor. Hope I helped! =)

im 5'4: and weight 113, and im at a good weight everyone including my doctor says. but it really depends on ur height
