I don't know that all martial arts come from Asia. There are many cultures that contributed there own styles.
As far as why are Asians not winning the MMA events....I have no idea.

Your VERY first assumption is incorrect. There are specific martial arts that come from Africa, Greece, Rome, Germany, Spain, England, and France just to give a few examples. And NONE of these had any original influence from Asia.
However, the thing that separates all of these martial arts from is their code of ethos. That same code of ethos is why the few real marital artists in Asia would NEVER subject themselves to the crude freak show of competition, effectively turning their honorific martial art into a sport art. THAT is why you will never see true martial arts with its bastard child called MMA.

OK, there are events in Japan and China that are MMA events. You are watching UFC which features North and some South American competitors. It is popular over in the states as the fighting styles have their own arts. By the way there are fights over there with fewer rules and they don't stop when someone is bleeding. This does not make the better or worse, just different.
Martial arts did not come from one place, it developed in many areas over the world (egypt, India, Ireland, russia, japan, etc.)

U only can say most of China Kong Fu from ShaoLin. Why we dont show the face at MMA that because 2 reasons.
Firstly, kong fu is a very dangerous skill. But MMA most for show sth and it won't beark the arm or leg or make someone died.
Secondly, kong fu style fighting is jouk 1st then attack. The style different.

Not all martial arts came from asia. Only uneducated people such as yourself think only asian methods of self-defense are 'martial arts'. Well, the truth is, martial arts have been around since the dawn of civilization. And Asia wasn't the first civilized area, not even close.

Mostly because so few of them are competing in it. MMA is mostly a North American cultural event.
