Me and my girlfriend fought pretty hard. I yelled at her, I screamed at her, I punched my mom, not her (I know, right?Am I stupid or what?-different issue) Now my girlfriend is mad at me. She said she forgives me, but she wont see me for a month. She wants me for me to change my attitude first, and then I can see her again. If she said she forgives me, why wont she see me? I'm currently in the middle of rehab, I've made a lot of progress. I really2 miss her. It really hurts not being able to see her.

I run everyday. But today I want to see Taken 2. My plan is to run to the theater, watch the movie, and then run home. But the theater is very2 cold. So my question is, is it dangerous to go watch the movie in a really cold theater while i'm still in my wet clothes?

I just moved to a new city and at this church the children are all noisy and screaming all the time, the parents don't seem to care. The pastor tried to talk to the congregation about this but they don't seem to listen, because the congregation is also very noisy during the sermon. Plus the church is also very-very hot, the ac don't seem to work. Please help, what should i do? This is the only church here, so i can't move to another church.

I really like martial art and i really want to get up early to train. But even tough i sleep at 9 or 10 it's difficult for me to wake up. I go to work at 6 am so i want to get up at 4, train until 5 and then hit the shower. But it's too hard to get up at 4. And i don't have any other time to practice except at that time. everynight i practice BJJ and boxing, and i cant give them up. not even one.And even if i can, i cant practice my martial art at night. because i practice Bajiquan, the stomping is loud and i dont wanna anybody to see my training. So the only time i have is in the morning....So how do i force myself to getup??? Serious answer please......

for example: bajiquan, we know its combat effective because it's still used as the primary style for chinese and taiwanese bodyguards and special forces. But what else? because from what i've seen and heard and read, those other kungfud or silats or other traditional art (except muaythai) are only good at demonstration, but i've never seen them fight..if they do fight it's only like little kids slapping around.Now i dont mean any disrespect to other styles, but since the rise of mma we all know that most kungfu isn't combat effective..(don't give me the poke you in the eye thing, or the philosophy nonsense) i just want to know which art is really combat effective..(sorry about the english, i'm still learning)

we all know that the army or navy or any special forces use chinese or japanese martial art in their system....but in reality or in mma event (ufc or pride or k1 or so on) we never see these chinese or japanese martial art really won anything, so why dont the army and those other special forces chage their fighting style into mma style?or brazilian jujitsu style?
