How do i force myself to wake up in the morning?

I really like martial art and i really want to get up early to train. But even tough i sleep at 9 or 10 it's difficult for me to wake up. I go to work at 6 am so i want to get up at 4, train until 5 and then hit the shower. But it's too hard to get up at 4. And i don't have any other time to practice except at that time. everynight i practice BJJ and boxing, and i cant give them up. not even one.And even if i can, i cant practice my martial art at night. because i practice Bajiquan, the stomping is loud and i dont wanna anybody to see my training. So the only time i have is in the morning....So how do i force myself to getup??? Serious answer please......

Put your alarm clock somewhere where you need to get up to turn it off. That way you're already up. Just don't go back to bed.

well if your problem is waking up I suggest what I have purchased: a vibrating alarm clock that goes under your pillow. However, if you are having problems staying up once you've woken up there aren't many tricks to help you do it. The truth is it takes discipline of mind to force yourself to do things out of the comfort zone. My only suggestion is having a poster or something you could read in the morning that reminds you why it is so important for you to wake up. Hope this helps.

It's only hard the first week or so, just get up basicaly, push yourself out of bed even if you tierd, make a mental note to do something, anything to get you out, play computer, get a coffe.

Going to bed early is also important,, i go to sleep at 10-11pm and get up at 6 so if you want to get up at 4 get to sleep around 8-9

After a week or so your body changes it rhythm and it wont be as hard to get up

What big foot said is right once you get into a rhythm after a couple of weeks then getting up a 4 won't be such a big deal anymore.

Get an alarm clock that gets louder and louder the longer you ignore that. It worked for me until I discovered that I slept through it this morning.

sounds stupid but if you drink a hell of a lot of water before you go to sleep then when your alarm goes off even if you dont want to get out of bed you'll have to to go to the toilet

Develope will power and resolve. Decide how important it is to you to train and act accordingly. There's no trick to it - if you want it bad enough, you'll do it. Simple as that, man.
