Great marathon players always came from Africa, they gain some good record acquiring good rank among those faster runner, a running speed and good stamina that’s hard to break.
They gain that kind of ability because they always try to avoid being chase by the LIONS.
So the good things certain person must do, is to run faster as quick as he can if he don't want to end as meal by such predator.

Poke to the eye. Also you can grab it's tongue and this will choke a lion. Or maybe that was a leopard...
