Why can't we trust Tom Foss??? (kyle xy question)?

well, xx and xy are genetically enhanced, vat grown human beings programmed to be assassins and specially trained bodyguards.

as assassins they are almost impossible to stop, but are expendable. this is due to the genetic engineering law in america (it is illegal to create human beings that are not implanted in the wob of a female human being).

therefore xx and xy are expendable and are not persons under the law (since they are not born from the womb of a human being).

so we can't trust tom foss because he created both xx and xy to flout the law against vat-grown human beings.

the reason why is the law implies that it is illegal to create human beings from artificial means since they are not persons under the law and would be subject to inhumanity.

by training both xx and xy to be assassins, madacorp is also violating UN human rights compacts, since they are still human beings but non-persons.

it is inhumane to create a non-person made from the genetic material of human beings since they could be used as slaves without human rights.

I have no idea, I can't wait to find out though. He was so nice to Kyle so I don't understand why he should not be trusted. My guess is that he had something to do with (that one older version of Kyle)'s death!

I think that it might be that he could have become a 'double agent' leaking information to zyzxx and kyle needed to know this. Oh well hopefully it will be answered in a week or two.
