For a sorority shirt, which looks better-- a regular sweatshirt or a hoodie?

Clearly both are tacky with their over-embellishments and garish writing all over their products, but I just want to know what the consensus is on which is truly the tackiest "designer" brand?

Here's my take: They're both childish and ugly, and make anyone carrying them look like a fashion victim. I guess I can give a pass to those under the age of 14 (though any parent who lets their daughter go out with the word Juicy splashed across her butt and a $300 purse is insane)!

Also, don't try to tell me I'm saying this because I can't afford Juicy-- I buy Coach, Dooney and Bourke, Ralph Lauren, and other brands.

Okay, as a note, don't tell me these are crane flies (aka mosquito eaters, mosquito hawks, or any other cutsie names). These are most definitely mosquitoes, but close to the size of a crane fly. They're fat, huge, and can bite through ANYTHING even if it's covered in high DEET content Off! One bit through a very thick sweater I was wearing after I had already sprayed! I can't figure out what made them so big! Does anyone know how to ward them off?

My roommate uses this stuff and it smells terrible. It makes my nose burn. Does anyone else think so? Should I tell her/ask her to stop using it???

Okay, this may seem like a silly question, but I'm trying to figure out what movie to watch tonight.

I like horror movies, but I actually am afraid of mirrors in real life.

So, to those of you who have seen the movie, without giving away any spoilers, could you tell me if I should watch the movie Mirrors? Or should I wait til I have someone to watch it with?

Since I am afraid of mirrors, would it be too scary?

I just got my braces taken off (finally-- yay!) and they left on two of the back brackets for me to put a rubber band across the front of all my top teeth for two hrs a day. I'm doing it, but I've just never heard of anyone else doing this. Has anyone else?

And, if so, do you have any ideas about how I can keep it from riding up and resting against my gums? It is supposed to rest across the front of my teeth (which are bracket free now) and it keeps slipping.

Note: I have a permanent retainer on both my top and bottom teeth, if that makes any difference...
