You are talking about Overclocking.
Basicly you want to increase the FSB (Front Side Bus) from one speed to a higher speed. This gives you a little more computing power, it is not recommened.
Overclocking should be done ONLY if you understand what your are doing and the ramifications of your actions.
If you increase the FSB beyond the physical capabilities of the componet you will burn it up and maybe the motherboard also.
Still think it is a good idea?
Some motherboards will support multipule FSB's for different processors and memory.
Do not mix different FSB's between processors and memory, like a FSB processor of 533 and memory of 800, they both must match.
Last time, if you go to high with the FSB you will be buying a new system.
Read the manual that came with the motherboard, if you don't have a manual, go to the manufactures web site and download it.

It's called overclocking and Its done through BIOS settings on your PC, but you need to have a motherboard that will allow it.
Google "Overclock RAM", there are many ways to go about it, but each depends on what brand/model of motherboard you have.
