Moving out of state?
My friend is moving from another state to here and I wanted to know how many things he'd have to do, bureaucratically speaking, upon moving. (Getting a new license, registering car, change of address...etc.)

depends how many things he/she has under thier name...
1.Car registration
2.License
3.Call all CC companies, banks and change address
4. Register to vote in that state.

I agree w/ the previous answer, in addition, your firend will also have to notify the IRS.
