Does it bother you when someone asks a question, but *never* chooses "Best Answer"?

What about someone who seems to have plenty of time to ask dozens of questions every day, but seemingly does not have the time to complete the question/answer/vote system. Or do you even care. . . Do you just answer to give your opinion and then move on?

Update:

Oh, I will *ABSOLUTELY* choose best answer! There has only been one (I think) of my questions that I didn't choose on, and that was because I did not have access to my computer for a few days. But I went and voted ~ and let the person I voted for know I voted them! I feel it's my responsibility to vote best answer. Especially if I asked, and people took the time to answer!!!

It used to really bother me that I'd spend time and effort to compose a well-thought out response, citing authorities or supporting websites sometimes, then it would go into voting and 9 times out of 10 the 1st answer (no matter how stupid) won in voting.

Then I had the misfortune of answering several questions where the asker, clearly a moron, chose inferior answers as "best answer."

From then on, I decided that it might be a blessing to let the voters decide. Know what I mean?

So now I don't sweat it and, when it goes into voting, say "Well, maybe the voters are smarter than the askers."

Yes it does bother me when I have taken lots of time to thoroughly research and answer a question then they don't choose me as best answer but this only occurs because they do not thoroughly check all the answers and try them out before they choose an answer, I believe they just choose quantity and not so much quality of the answer than the amount of work you have gone through to help them

It doesn't bother me because I can always go back and vote for my own answer.

What DOES bother is when someone asks a question and instead of choosing the actual BEST answer, they choose an answer like "uh, i don't noe lol".

I usually just answer to give my opinions, or give someone links to were they can read on the subject they were asking about. I really do not mind if they choose a best answer or not. I just think it is interesting reading everyone's opinion.

You noticed it too. I have seen this repeatedly. I am tempted to start keeping track and not contributing when a posting is done by that user. Hard to do though with several a day.Are you going to pick a best answer for this statement/question?
