I just got Grand Theft Auto San Andreas and it's the tame version.?

Can I unlock the adult version or do I have to find the full version somewhere?

    You can use a depatcher to rollback the game to the original version.

    Elsewhere. ESBR has probably had everything deleted on that disk you have. You'd have to search online.
