Do you feel guilty when you make a mistake?

Yes, very much so. I have overwhelming guilt and sadness. Even if it is something simple, I still apologize and try to do everything I can to make up for it. The person that was affected by my mistake will be telling me, "It is ok, it is ok, don't worry about, stop apologizing.", but I continue. Then that makes me feel guilty, because I feel like I made them mad and ruined their day. I suck!

Yes and no. We all make mistakes, sometimes it is just a slight error at work that we just fix and nothing is harmed.
I would feel more guilt if I did not admit my mistake, or make it right.
So anytime I have said something, or done something without thinking, which I try not to do, I am the first to apologize and correct the error.

No. I don't. Mistakes worry me some though, but they don't make me feel guilty. They just make me feel nervous.

Terribly, especially if I hurt people on such mistakes.
