Can any presidental candidate fix................?

We have some fences to mend around the world, not just what Bush has done to this country, with his cut-and-burn partisanship, and his lack of enthusiasm about the Constitution, but we have show ourselves capable of being swayed more by pundits slinging mud than reasonable intelligent factual content. That's going to make it difficult for us to be regarded as an ally worth having. He has managed to show the rest of the world that we were more willing to listen to Rush than common sense. How do we dig ourselves out of that hole?

Financially we are in yet another Bush made hole, cleverly constructed by him to take effect when he is out of office, when his tax cuts were scheduled to take effect, they won't be enacted or renewed and so the Republicans will claim the largest tax increase ever, wait and post this answer on your computer so you can check my accuracy after the next election.

We will also have to pay for the war already fought, so forget about doing anything useful for the majority of people of this country.

We really are in desperate need of grow-ups who can work together and put country first and partisanship second. Lets make it clear that patriotism is unity of purpose, not blind partyline obedience.

Bush and the Republicans in Congress have ran up a $9 trillion debt. The Iraq war will cost tax payers $2 trillion. This problem will not be fixed for 20 years to come.

A Clinton/Edwards ticket will give Democrats 8 years in control of the White House, A Edwards/Obama ticket will give them 16 years. The harm done our Constitution and our civil rights may never be fixed.

Ron Paul has the right ideals to fix things again, the way they were when America was a growing prosperous nation.

The problem is will the other legislators respect his Constitutional views, and work with him, when he's elected?

There is an old saying,"He Who Owns The Gold Makes The Rules."

Well, interestingly enough "We the People" now hold much more Gold than the bankers.
