Well, if you want to go bright purple you'd need your hair to be platinum blonde first. So go blonde, if you really like it keep it, or else go for the purple!

A really good friend of mone has dirty blonde hair and she dies it all platnum blonde and then had some purple highlights put in, not a lot of the purple just a few! It was really cute! It was not punk rocker looking either!

it all depends on your skin color if u have medium tan skin go for n e thing but if ur skin is pretty pale go for a little bit darker but not purple or it will be to harsh on ur skin and make u look like ur dieing try going brunnete
