My friend is being charged with assault for shaving off a kids eyebrow. On the paperwork that he signed, it says that it was in a different town ie: we live in High Level, but the papers say that it was signed in High Prairie. Is this enough of a technicality to get the case dropped?

I do not remember the author or the title, but it's a book about an assasin with political aspects. It starts with a man on a mission but we later fnd out he is in a training camp. He escapes and their is a large amount of references to a sensory depravation chamber.
