What's with my blood?!?

Okay, so every time I have a my period, I have really goopy and gooey blood. Why? Is that normal?

Yep... some "experts" say that period blood shouldn't be clotty or thick, but almost every woman I know gets "goopy and gooey" blood at least part of the time. My wife has been like you for the past 30 years, so don't worry too much...

If it is causing you concern, call the ob/gyn nurse at your clinic and describe it to her... she can get some more info from you to be sure it isn't something you need to be seen for...
