I am a disabled EMT-D and EMD ( Emergency Medical Dispatcher ).I worked for private ambulance companies and was a volunteer in NYS's bussiest volunteer corps. I also worked for our local school district and was based in the nurses office of an elementary school. I had 1200 + little people plus staff I was responsible for. I have Lupus - SLE and a host of other things brought on by the Lupus. I still volunteer to teach CPR and first aid. I am back in the field as an EMT on a limited basis - my Lupus is still the boss -I am very excited to be back on an ambulance and not as the patient !
how can I install a window seat if I have base board heating ?
I have forced hot air and the baseboards run the length of the wall.

The landlord abandoned the property 6 months ago. I know the foreclosure date, which was not their first, this time they were delinquent with the trustee as well. I would like to find out how I can purchase this home from the bank without dealing with the landlord...not a nice person. Where do I begin. How do I find out if there is a sale date for the foreclosure yet etc. HELP !

Just had camshaft, timing belt, seals, and distributor replaced and oil changed. Once car was warm oil turned to sludge. They tried telling me I was not changing my oil regularly prior to completing the repair because the oil was sludgy, but I do ! What can be causing this ?

Both my remotes are not working so I know it is not a battery issue. The blinking red light in the car stops blinking and fades away once my over head lights fade away. I can gain access the old fashioned way and obviously no alarm is activated. Any ideas ?

It just so happens it is. I called for my daughter (an adult) and was told how to go about it. As long as there is a medical reason all the doctor needs to do is get a pre-approval and between 3 -72 hours it is done. It is sure better then doing something as drastic as gastro-bypass.
