Bush and rebates?

OK - I understand senior citizens on Social Sercurity and veterans on disability will receive something - what about those people on social sercurity disabilty who are neither - but are unable to work any longer due to an illness or injury?

Update:

Well what I have discovered in all that I am reading, CNN, ABC News etc., those of us on disability will not see a dime - at least in my situation as a single parent who does not file taxes, since disabilty is not taxed, and I made sure after my divorce that this was legal, not filing. The years of paying taxes mean nothing.........

The disability crowd just doesnt have a lot of pull in washington. every American should get a rebate instead of the pick and chose from the best voter blocks. Bush already cut medicaid twice while borrowing trillions to fund the "war' in Bagdad. that whole sand box is worth 50 billion tops thats it.. but we spend 3 trillion to secure it...sad. we could rebuild it in the desert near las vegas, and relocate every iraqi it would be cheaper.
