    Both are good, Fried rice can be a main course, Spanish rice is usually a side dish.

    Rice have never been Spanish, is Asian, the way is prepared is Spanish. Puerto Rican rice is the best, tried it and you will agree with me. Cooked rice have to be loose and not sticky or gluey it have to be dry and well season.
