Due to the glare it is too hard to tell if the breast feathers of the eagle are there and sharp. It is also hard to tell if the hair on liberty is all there and sharp. There looks like some marks on the coin but they could be on the holder. Coins need to be photographed right or scanned right and not be in a holder for anyone to be at least 90% right. You get the other ten percent when one actually sees the coin. Aa a guess at the low end it is atleast AU-58 and at the high end MS-63 that is if the coin was not dipped or cleaned.

From the pictures it looks mintstate but the value would be a little harder to determine just by looking at the pictures, because you have to decide if this coin has been dipped or what grade MS this coin is.
