Why can't I change my Avatar?

I just went into my profile in order to change my Avatar. All I got was a popping sound with a yellow star! It appears that I am not allowed to do it? Anybody have any ideas?????

    I hope you can able to change it. :)

    Click on your avatar an Option appears from that select customize my yahoo avatar then the link site will come automatically
