Opinions vs Advice?
Why is it that when one asks for opinions from people with knowledge on a subject that they get so many answers offering unsolicited advice? Is it so difficult to understand the difference between opinion and advice? If I want advice, I'll ask for advice. Thanks for listening to my rant, and by all means, opinions are welcome.

Posting just an opinion looks less that posting an advice in the eyes of an answerer: advices makes him look smarter, more responsible, more knowledgeable etc.

I have a mare that is foundering and I used FounderGuard for a bit but I must say that I didn't really see much if a difference at all to when I used it and didn't. Not sure about anyone else's experiences, it would probably be best to talk to other people who use them, or even like the vet if your worried :)

Their advice are their opinions.
An advice is telling the one thing they know , their opinion.
An opinion is not always true but that is how your friends have experienced it.Why ask for an opinion if you know it what you are going to do anyhow? Most people do .
