Myrtle beach just recently made it legal for tattoo parlors maybe a year or so ago along with the rest of SC so they are really strict about the health laws there which is good for you. I know a few people that got theres at planet ink tattoos on seaboard street check it out and good luck

Tattoo parlors are natoriously dirty in Myrtle Beach. I would recommend going up to Wilmington in North Carolina. Health standards are much more strict in the state of North Carolina.
