    If it happens and your attorney makes no mention of it I would fire them and make the objection myself. I would stand right up and point at the rat and say he just committed perjury, say it loud enough for the recorder to pick it up too, everyone is subject to perjury charges, even attorney generals! Your attorney sounds like an *** wipe to me, you would be better off without one in that case. I wonder what you are accused of doing for the attorney general to commit perjury? Maybe you are the only person to have noticed? Get a copy of the transcript and point it out to your attorney, if he is too scared to confront the attorney general because they are more likely than not golf buddies, demand a new trial on the grounds that your council is inadequate and unprofessional!

    The only way to get around this is to have a civil suit filed.

    In a civil court, the Attorney General has NO weight or pull.
