Fantasy Football Team Question?

How do u think i will do this season after my auto draft:

QB: McNabb, Big Ben Roethlisberger

RB: Rudi Johnson, Reggie Bush, Carnell Williams

WR: Chris Chambers, Donald Driver, Marty Booker, Jerricho Cotchery, Devry Henderson

K: Jeff Wilkins, Joe Nedney

Definitely get rid of Nedney. You only need one kicker. If the one you have gets hurt, there will always be a few decent ones you can pick through to replace him. With Trent Green in Miami, Booker and Chambers could have decent seasons. McNabb and Big Ben should be ok too.......if they can stay healthy. One thing I like to do, if I have room on my roster, is take the back-up of my best running back. Good running backs are usually on good run blocking teams......so if your star goes down, you can usually bet that his back-up is going to produce pretty well too. Oh.....I also don't like to get into leagues that draft before the final pre-season game. It sucks to pick up a star player, only to have him sustain a season ending injury in the 3rd pre-season game. Good luck.

    Lets go:

QB - Probably an overrated QB at that one. You might actually have better luck starting Roethisburger. Both of them have something to prove this year, and i don't see McNabb getting off to a good start. After that I would start him.

RB - It seems you drafted them your first 2 picks. It was really smart. This is easily the best part of your team. Reggie even though he is in a split back system with Deuce will still have a huge year. Also your back up in Williams is the only man there. He is gonna have a huge year. I think he will pick up the pace.

WR - Other than...Wait nobody. This is your worst spot. Driver is projected to have a good year, but other than that he probably isn't. With the Aging of Brett Farve, he is going to have a down year from last. Get rid of Chambers, he will be lucky if he sees half the year. Cotchery is the back up for coles, but with Pennington in the QB spot there, he won't get that many yards as a number 2.

    TE - ...No TE?

K - Keep Wilkins and let him always play. He is in a high powered offense and will get a lot of points this year. Drop Nedney for another back up running back. Probably D. Foster out of Carolina. He is the starting running back this year, and the main guy.

DEF - One of the best in the league, can't go wrong there. I think they are out to prove that they can stop anybody. Its a great pick

Overall I give you a 7/10. Solid all around no matter what. You have depth and it might not be the best depth, but it is there. Obviously your best spot is running back and that will serve you well this year. I would try and trade maybe one of the QB's for another good top name receiver. Pick up Alex Smith as your back up. Alex will have a big year this year.

    Good luck

I would definitely not carry more than 1 kicker. In fact, since you have two, you drafted one before the last round, which was probably a mistake. Kicker's aren't worth a whole lot, and about 20 of them end up being approximately the same. You can grab a guy for Wilkins' bye week and only waste roster space for that 1 matchup.

Does your format not make use of a TE? If it does, you should probably get one of those...

And I would also drop Marty Booker. He doesn't have a lot of upside this year.

Your RBs are not sexy, for the most part... But Johnson and Williams should be consistent. Bush has the potential to put up big numbers. I would generally suggest carring at least 4 backs, though, if your league starts 2. Consider dropping a WR and adding a back. If you get really lucky, you could pick up a guy like Tatum Bell. Kevin Jones is going to be hurt for at least the first few weeks of the season, which means Bell won't have too much competition for carries in the early going. For the same basic reason, see if you could trade a WR for LaMont Jordan. Turner (SD) and Betts (WAS) also have potential fantasy value as backups, and Betts is behind a relatively injury-prone starter in Portis. Turner could be traded to a team wanting to start him. Consider picking one of them up if they're available.

    PA quarterbacks are hot.

That sucks you had an auto draft, but you still have a pretty descent team. I would definitely drop Nedney though. There is no point in having a back up kicker at all. I would drop him and look to getting another RB in case one of your three gets hurt. You also might want to look into dealing Booker and Chambers for a RB as well. I don't see either of them doing too well and Driver, Cotchery and Henderson should all be fine for you.

u have a good line up evrywhere except wrs driver is ur best wr and henderson shud have a breakout season cuz he will either start beside colston or be the #3 guy behind rookie robert meachem so try finding value 4 marty and cotchery and get a sleeper like vincent jackson(san diego #1) d.j. hackett (seattle #2 behind (deion branch) depending on the points 4 return yardage, get devin hester from free agency cuz he's now at th wr position mark clayton(baltimore #2 behind derrik mason, might be #1) and greg jennings(green bay #2 behind driver) so try and pick up 1 of these wr's and when the sandiego defense has a bye, drop the backup kicker 4 a good defense, carolina jags philly and oakland, cuz if u drop san diego on there bye week sum1 will pick them up regardles cuz there gonna do good

If there were at least 7 people in your draft you did great. If you can get a great WR it would really improve your team. I would drop Jeff Wilkins, not Nedney. Nedney is great and with the 49ers mostly new offense he will be called upon frequently. 8 of 10 in an 8 team league. 9 of 10 in a 10 team league.

drop nedney, no need for 2 kickers

after driver you're week at WR and you need at least 1 more back up at RB

watch training camps and see if you can pick up a sleeper like Brandon Jackson (GB), Lamont Jordan may still be available in some leagues too.

McNabb has the potential to be awesome... IF he doesn't get hurt. maybe see if you can package him in a trade.

Improve at WR and pick up some depth at RB and you'll be competative.

Yeah, I would dump Nedney as you can usually find a backup kicker depending on the size of your league.

You should look for some WR's as that seems to be your only weakness.

Kickers aren't a worry in fantasy. Kicker is the last position u should worry about., decent, get rid of mcnabb, trade him
