Perchè la cam quando mi connetto a internet non funziona?

La mia webcam incorporata nel notebook funziona perfettamente ma quando collego il pc ad internet smette di funzionare. Ho già reinstallato i driver, fatto scansione con antivirus, ripristinato il sistema ad un punto precedente alcuni programmi installati ma niente, la webcam non funziona quando mi connetto a internet.

    forse non è compatibile ma mi sa strano prova ad installare tutti i driver più recenti ed a fare gli aggiornamenti di windows
