The best thing for you to do is to have a tutor explain the concepts that you listed above to you. Have the tutor do a few practice questions with you so that you can see the logic and reasoning behind solving these questions. Then, do a lot of practice on your own. The more you practice, the better you become and recognizing what you need to do to solve the questions.

The secret into mathematics is to practice a lot. In Mathematics the more you work the stronger you become.

get a tutor. they can be expensive but good ones work, i couldnt even add up right - well i still cant but i learnt alot through mine for my GCSE's, i improved an entire grade.

practise makes perfect, sorry but you need to re-read the principles and think them for a week.

try to focus while studying it. Probably isn't as easy as that sounds but if you manage to focus it should get easier.
