Looking for a larger fuel tank for a 93 Suzuki Intruder VS800?

Question

Am looking for a larger fuel tank to put on a 93 Suzuki Intruder VS800 for longer distance driving, will I need to go custom, or are there tanks for other bikes that will fit that one also?

I had a VS800 Intruder. Nice bikes...but you go messing with the tank and you'll throw the handsome styling of the bike all out of whack. Leave it alone and just make more frequent gas stops. I got better than 50 MPG on mine. 2 hours/100 miles and it's time to take a break anyway.

I think you must go custom. I had one of those and it was a very nice bike.... wish I still had it!

If the diameter of the fork tube, length, and axle bolt diameter are the same, then yes. I dont think they changed much between the years.
