you need to go to mt. pyre and get the magma emblem ( the old people at the summit have it ) then go to the Jagged pass ( have an acro bike ) next to lavaridge city

p.s. kyle g is both right and wrong. He's wrong because he didn't tell you where to find team magma's base ( which I did ), he's right because you're supposed to do all the stuff he mentioned, but after you do what I told you

Go to the Mosdeep City Gym and beat Tate and Liza and head to the Undersea Cavern using Dive near Ever Grande City and you will see an Under Water Surface above in a cave filled with team Aqua.And there will be Water Currents that push you and Rock Smash Mazes so bring Rock Smash (Its kinda tricky)and look at Kyogre and battle Archie.Team Magma's Hideout will be in Mt. Chimney as you walk thruogh Jagged Pass your Magma Emblem will start Shakingand you will battle Grunt Team Magma,after you beat him Wild Torkoal,Graveler,and Geodude will start to appear in the Hideout and Alot of Team Magma Grunts to battle (Info:After Underwater Cavern there will be a storm and Sunlight spreading thrugh areas and thats where you find Rayquaza)Ok now after you battle Team Magma Leader Maxie Groudon will desappear and now back to the place I said and do the Info look for Rayquaza in Sky Pillar near Pacifidlog city and you will be with wallace (After you be in Sootopolis,Get into That cave the old Man will let you pass,While its raining and having Sunshine.And now look for Rayquaza on the Sky Pillar he will leave and calm Kyogre and Groudon down so Challenge Wallace and win and then.....head back to Sky Pillar... and..Rayquaza will be there! and you will relize that there will be a massive Earthquake and go to the top and Rayquaza will accept your challenge and use your Master Ball. Crystal is the previous generation to Emerald. Fewer pokemon, different world... some people like the changes to the nextgen (emerald), others don't. Personally, I don't like the nextgen changes. Crystal is my favorite, but I'm downloading a pokemon Yellow rom (I can't find my actual game :( ) for nostalgia's sake :P But Crystal is best, IMO Short version: Crystal
