What is the mentally of someone who "Widdles" in the only source of fresh water for his local street or estate

Can't understand it - where we are in Gloucestershire they have also been putting bleach in the bowsers or just leaving the taps running regardless of the fact that people are desparate for clean drinking water. Agree with the comment about bringing back the stocks

I do not wish to make light of the subject. How would anyone know if someone peed a pint in a water container the size of those depicted on TV. Something like 200 gallons. I just wonder where and how the report originated.

I think this is a bit of an urban myth to be honest. Everyone has a different name for the place it has apparantly happened and the people I have spoken to with water tanks in the streets have been assured by the water board that they are completly sealed and they have had no cases of urinating in the tanks.

The I.Q. is roughly that of 20 Politicians, (63).

How would I react?. My local Pub has a few Nutters who would Kick Heads for fun.

I would just go in there and tell the Gaffer that he will be drinking piss tomorrow, and who is doing the pissing.

Absolute waste of time calling the Cops; it would take them 4 hours to arrive. (Our Police are very often seconded 20 miles away).

If the idiots were caught, they would get a very serious and frightening caution(sic).

For this offence I would restore the stocks and leave them on the edge of the floodwater, without water or food for 48 hours. And if it rained some more......shame.

It was probably some family of shopkeepers who realised that free water from the tanks was going to knock a hole in the exhorbitant prices they were charging for their bottled water.

Their heads must be empty to do such a thing,if I was lucky enough to catch someone doing this,justice would be dispatched via a kick in the balls !

I think it was stupid and dangerous thing that these people did...... How could anybody want to do this..... I guess they don't really know what its like to go without something so essential as water..... I would have them arrested and made to drink the water.....

Pathetic cretin's these people,little or no use to society whatsoever.Personally I would take them to the local sewage farm give them appropriately sized bibs,and insist they tucked in.
