can you replace AAA batteries with AA batteries?

Obviously enlarging the battery slot, but can it be done? they do run on the same voltages anyway.

The batteries are the same voltage, 1.5 volts. So, you can use AA instead of AAA, but getting the slot big enough to hold 3 AA batteries might be a lot of work. The AA battery would last longer, but I'm not sure it would be worth the potential damage to the device.

I've seen electronics that run with 3 AAA batteries, but the slot was enlarged to use 2 AA batteries. I don't know how this was done, but it was pretty cool.

well if u can modify it enough to make the battery slot bigger, then yea i guess, but instead of doing all of that work, just buy some AAA batteries, but u prob cant use AA and AAA batteries at the same time in the same device.
