With so many drivers switching teams how many trade secrets do you think they can take to new team?

Well Scoob, you probably know a whole lot more about this than I do. I'll be answering your question with a question....

Will the engineers/crew chiefs/pit crews etc. be going with the teams that merge or drivers that switch? The way I see it, {and it's not very clearly I admit} There would be a lot of secrets they could take with them if the answer to my question is yes.

If it just the driver, I feel a lot of secrets would go with him.Depending on:

Things that were discussed in team meetings. Notes from the notebooks he'd seen. How close the communication was between he and his crew chief. How involved he was would

make the difference in how many secrects he took with him.

Now, if it is a driver that is just there to race..doesn't get into the who, what ,when, where, why, how ...probably not many secrets will go with him.

This is just the way I understand it. If I'm wrong..someone please clarify it for me and set me straight! Thanks!
