Is anyone else getting hang-up phone calls from this number?

I went to "Whocalledus" (http://www.whocalled.us/)
and learned that this is probably "Pacific Crest Research" in Utah, and that lots of people are getting such phone calls.
Just wondering if anyone out there in Yahoo land was also getting them, and, if so, have you actually talked to a human being?
Cute, but I'm not kidding about this. According to several of those across the US who have reported the number, they're suspecting it's a political survey. But of course if they ring 3 times and hang up, or hang up if you answer it before the 3rd ring, there's no way to tell. I'm just looking for someone who might have had better luck identifying AND stopping them.

Some people report taking a survey about religious rights and Las Vegas, paint products, etc.
Try this number 801.862.6340. It has been reported as the one with an actual person who can put you on their do-not call list.
