im in birth island to catch deoxys but there is a stupid triangle in the center what do i have to do so the triangle turns red and i can see deoxys?

The only way to catch Deoxys is that you need to move the triangle in a certain way that takes the least amount of steps. Here is an example of how to do it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TlgNYjlxoEU

press a on it or go near the triangle but you need to do it a couple of times then deoxys will appear.
