Can my Ex-Boyfriend have me arrested for using his Credit Card (with his permision)?
The day after an argument he reported his card stolen (even though he has them) and has disputed the last charge $120.00 a gift for my mother.
Now hes trying to blackmail me with it. He's using it to keep us together.
(But I got a picture of him signing the reciept and accepting 70.00 dolars cash as partial payment. Will this help me?)
I sighned my name at the store. He sighned the reciept after we had discussed the matter.
I only had 70 dollars at the time. the rest I planed to him this Friday.

If he signed the receipt, there is nothing he can do. And unless you signed a contract saying you would pay him back for the gift, you do not have too. That is because it is his credit card, not yours.

Go to the police and file a harassment complaint against him, but do expect the sparks to fly. Do NOT pursue this avenue if you have any intention of continuing a romantic relationship with him. Otherwise, just settle the argument.

This is stupid. Leave him if you want, let him press charges. The most he can do is take you to court, but you won't be arrested. And if you plead your case, you won't owe him a red cent. Let this be a lesson to you to save money matters between you and a beau until you are married, and not before.

If he signed his approval, too, then you're probably fine.
You won't look good to a jury, though. They'd wonder why you didn't spend your own money instead. If you don't have any, they'd wonder why you didn't just get a card or something.
