Ground Work?

Does anyone have any sites or way to improve ground work.

ie. locks and holds? scrambling?

Any exercises that would help all around movement when the fight is taken to the ground?

Cheers.

They have a lot of instructionals there.

There are a ton of places.

One way is to learn the standard exercises like Shrimps, Bridges, Sit Throughs, etc. Practicing those over and over can help condition you for scrambling.

Locks and holds, man there are a ton of them, and a ton of sites that show them.

A lot of it helps when you actually have a good partner to train with and you can go over the moves over and over. Otherwise just the visual aspect of it can be lost.

    Try also specific type places...

    Such as

    http://www.judoinfo.com/

They have all the chokes and joint locks of Judo in many different ways.

Between those two sites you can get a pretty good look at techniques, Subfighter's technique stuff is great.

Look at the left hand side under "Jiu Jitsu Techniques"

Not sure about the site the guy listed above, I couldn't find any techniques or stuff on that site, subfighter is pretty good for showing a good bit of stuff.

Feel free to message me, I will see if I can ferret some more sites out with good stuff.

Also here is a good set of videos

    Good luck!
