Considering wireless broadband? Be warned!!!?

I have just bought a "3 wireless" broadband contract in Dublin, lured by their "up to 3 Gbyte" claims. The speed is woeful, typically around 3kbyte - yes, that's 0.1% of the claimed speed.

I contacted their service department, to basically be told "Bad luck. We may be able to speed it up in the future".

Update:

The supplier involved is called "3".

    Continue what you're doing. Bad publicity is bad for the bottom line of any business. If I were you I'd make a video; get a friend to video you standing outside 3 wireless's main office yelling out to people passing by about their poor download speeds and then post it on Youtube...
