Has anyone dined here before? It's at the Hotel in Mandalay Bay. I hear it's a very good restaurant. Has anyone dined here before? How's the food? Atmosphere? Average cost of dinner for two w/o wine? Any comments will be greatly appreciated.

Been there for drinks but didn't eat. Nice upscale atmosphere. Great view. Drinks were very pricey, over $10 each.
