There is one advertised on the telly, Norton Finance. No personal experience of them, but you have nothing to lose. good luck

The same as someone else said, try Welcome Finance. They may not go to £3k though but i would av thought they'd gp to £2k providing you have a job. To the person who says she works for Natwest - i think she was answering a different question to yours as banks run a mile from bad credit!!!!!! Stay clear of people like YES Loans as they'll try and rip you off £49.50 to do nothing! For a small cash loan try Provident but i think they'll only got to £500.

Also to the person who suggested Norton, the just do secured finance.

    Hope you get it xx

try your local banks. or the one you bank with, you'll have a history with them so are more likely to get a fairer deal. loan companies are ok if you've got no other choice but you will end up paying astronomical interest rates. i'd try companies that you've heard of that are reputable. good luck hun xx

Be careful with all the loan companies who have replied with yahoo addresses they are scams and will ask you for personal details and fees upfront. You will never see any money and they will steal your identity.

Check out Propser.com. This is a peer-to-peer lending company. I think you'll be surprise when you visit their web site.

i used to work for welcome finance they do loans for people who have bad credit records and are tenants. they have offices accross the uk and you can pop in and see them at anytime, ie not a call centre

there are loads out there, but beware of high interest rate repayments, and they usually borrow against your assets..i:e house. just be extra careful else you'll end up in more sh*t than a dung beetle.

try a credit union.if your not a member find one you can join.also try going to a larger dealership they tend to have more lenders with more wiggle room.
