    Do like the Viet-Cong did, knock on their doors tell them to show up for mandatory re-education in a location of an remote area, line the ones who showed up for a count and role call then shoot them. This might work for the first couple of times but everyone would get wise to it.

    Dont ask them their opinion, LOL

    Seriously-one strategy is to tell them they are all wrong and then they will unite. This only works if you want to become their new target

    Depends on the setting/environment too-if you are in prison and no one likes you your ability to resolve a conflict will be limited, LOL
