well now I did it?

My ex had been in contact with me via email and trying to call me on phone(to which I didn't accept). But I got an email from her stating should she keep in contact with me, and I miss you soooo badly and think about you everday...is this wrong and I'm sorry if it is. So I took it upon myself to fill her in on what's been going on in my life. She's been gone a month and moved to another state after we tried it again after a move from another state. She said we were just polar opposites and she had to move back to Calif to be in the fast lane, and so her kids dad would be more involved. She sounded very sincere then get news that she got a new job and basically for me to take care and good luck with my life. I know I played with fire, and got potential hopes up again only to get burned, now she's playing like she's better than me and gave me the "proverbial" kiss of death. Its my fault for talking to her but I wanted to stay friends, guess it's impossible, I tried now I'm done

Honey, you never really asked a question. Given your current situation, I humbly offer this advice: Let her go. She's obviously moved on and it's time for you to do the same. Don't keep in contact...that's deadly for you. The "take care, good luck" speech is key.

Take a break from women. Maybe a month. Just don't go there. Do fun, physical things. Clear your head and give your heart time to heal and prepare for a new relationship.

When you re-enter the scene, make sure you've decided what you're looking for and don't accept less. Take this painful but awesome opportunity to learn what you want. A hiatus will give you the time to discover this.

Enjoy this growing and learning opportunity.

Just tell her that your life is going great and wish her good luck and then say good bye. She doesn't sound too settled to me so cut your loses and get outta there.
