Good morning whats for breakfast?

As its a cold morning I will have rolled oats - porridge - with milk and brown sugar. mmmmmmm

coffee and creamer, whole wheat toast and butter, ice cold tomato juice, scrambled eggs with vermont cheddar cheese, crisp maple bacon, crispy homefries with scallions, blue berry muffins, fruit, ice cold milk, hot cream of wheat with brown sugar, ham and broccolli quiche, chocolate chip pancakes with real vermont maple syrup, mmmmmmmmm,

probably a pop tart and coffee to go as i head out the door............

ugh i blew my diet. i had a burger king crossanwhich (spelling?) with sausage. ugh! dont eat fast food for breakfast

i usually have a bottle of "Naked" juice, i prefer the flavors Black Current, Blue Machine, and Green Machine

probably an egg, ham and cheese on toast..

although its almost lunchtime..

maybe ham and cheese on bread, or tuna salad..

now i'm hungry

Cereal. Help yourself.
