My profile is private. Someone is harrassing me by messaging me. Can I get their IP address thru the messages?

No, because the messages are routed through the MySpace servers, it's not a direct e-mail to you. Even so, some internet service providers have dynamic IP's which mean they are changing all the time for any one user.

Block that person first, and then notify MySpace's support team. In the help section there should be a part about what to do in case of harrassment...

I think your best option is to simply block them. When you open up one of the messages they've sent you, click on "block user." It should be located to the right of their profile image in the message. Additionally, I would advise you to "report abuse." There's a link for this next to the date/time stamp in the message. I'm pretty sure that'll get the harasser's profile deleted. Hope that helps!

I don't think that you can get the address, but I do believe you can block the IP's from coming in.
