    good try !!

    try to make it simple and show only those common commands on the toolbar.

    and for the icons, try not to put in too many details in the icon (as it would not be visible, obvious if someone's pc is of no really good graphic effect)

    i am just a general user in PC so i can't really give 'technical' advice on that.
